Laying out the cloth…
Every parcel in Paducah is a patch of its own, cut to its real shape: a cloth from its neighbourhood in a print of its own, a seam and a running stitch around it. The quilt is sewn outward from downtown, then this year's sales are re-sewn in colour. The river is indigo.

Value here is light-to-dark cloth, not assessed dollars. Year built (?era) waits on the public list.
The city limits are pieced in patches: each a run of whole blocks, about a third of a mile across, gathered so its seams follow the streets, in the cloth of the class most of it is. The parcels, from the September 23, 2026 map, are quilted inside them; zoom in and each one becomes a patch of its own. North is up. The loft is the batting: it puffs up between the seams and sinks into them. The first cut, a patch for every parcel at once, is still here: Look, in the Cloth panel.
Deeds from this year are sewn again in the same thread colours as Glass rain: gold, white, green, red. The thread is a direction, never a price. Hover a patch for its site address.
